[Hongjie Water Service] The installation and commissioning process of the two-stage RO reverse osmosis equipment is standardized and very practical!
With the continuous development of science and technology, the manufacturing level of two-stage RO reverse osmosis equipment is also constantly improving, but with it comes the increasingly strict requirements for equipment installation and debugging skills.
However, due to the complexity of the installation of two-stage RO reverse osmosis equipment and other reasons, some fault problems still often occur during the actual installation and debugging process. Therefore, taking the correct measures to install and debug the two-stage RO reverse osmosis equipment is of great significance for ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
Installation of reverse osmosis device
1. After the two-stage RO reverse osmosis equipment is transported to the site, it should be placed indoors, and the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃ for lower temperatures and not higher than 38 ℃ for higher temperatures. When the temperature exceeds 35 ℃, ventilation measures should be strengthened.
2. After the device arrives, it should be installed within one month and immediately undergo a water test run. No valve shall be opened before the water test is conducted on the device.
3. After the device is in place, the supporting points of the device should be adjusted to ensure that the components are in a basic horizontal position and have reliable contact with the foundation. The pipes and valves connecting the device to the water supply pump should be degreased before connection, and the overcurrent part of the water supply pump should also be degreased.
4. The output height of the production water pipe of the two-stage RO reverse osmosis equipment should be less than 8 meters. If a hard pipe is used to connect the cleaning device and R/O device, the inlet and outlet pipes should not be directly laid on the ground to avoid damage.
Installation of reverse osmosis membrane components
1. Check for scratches or damage inside the pressure vessel. If there is a leak, replace it. Rinse the pressure vessel with clean water to remove all dust and particles, clean corrosion products or external impurities, and lubricate the inside of the tube shell from 1/2 of the slope to approximately 1/2 of the slope.
2. Inspect the surface of the membrane components for defects. If there are any defects, they should be dealt with in a timely manner to avoid scratching the container. Pay attention to preventing the end of the membrane from curling and extending out of the device. If there are defects that cannot be treated now, contact the manufacturer of the two-stage RO reverse osmosis equipment for treatment.
3. Use approximately 50% glycerol water mixture to lubricate the inside of the container, and use a suitable sized cotton cloth to pick up the mixture.
4. Use a small amount of lubricant to lubricate the O-ring of the connector, connect the connector to the next membrane element, and install the next membrane element.
5. Connect all external pipelines, pressure vessels, and membrane components for disassembly. The disassembly process is the opposite of the installation process.
Debugging of reverse osmosis device
1. Analyze and test the inlet water of the device, and the results show that it meets the inlet water requirements before proceeding with water commissioning of the device.
2. Check if all connections between pipelines are complete, if pressure gauges are complete, if low-pressure pipelines are tightly connected, and if there are any shortages.
3. Start the pre-treatment equipment and adjust the water supply to be greater than the total inlet water of the device. Close the main inlet valve of the device when there is no formaldehyde odor in the outlet water.
4. Start the high-pressure pump and slowly open the main inlet valve of the device. Control the total inlet pressure of the device to be less than 0.5Mpa, and perform a 5-minute vacuum cleaning. Check whether all high and low pressure pipelines and instruments are normal.
5. Adjust the inlet valve and concentrated water discharge valve to achieve an inlet pressure of 1,0~1.4Mpa. Check the conductivity of the product water and open the product water outlet valve when it meets the requirements. Close the produced water discharge valve.
6. The debugging of the two-stage RO reverse osmosis equipment is manually operated in a single step, and can only be switched to automatic mode after normal operation.
