[Hongjie Water Service] Precision Filter Operation Instructions
1、 Principle characteristics:
The precision filter produced by our company is a honeycomb type tubular filter element, suitable for further purification of water with low suspended solids or mechanical impurities. Provide good water inlet conditions for subsequent equipment.
The honeycomb type tubular filter element utilizes the excellent filtration characteristics of the honeycomb structure formed by its specific process, which is sparse on the outside and dense on the inside, to complete the solid-liquid phase separation process of the treated water and achieve satisfactory water production results. But as the water production cycle increases, the operating resistance of the filter element will increase due to the pollution of intercepted substances. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the equipment during operation increases by 0.15Mpa compared to the initial pressure difference, the filter element should be replaced in a timely manner.
2、 Structural form:
This equipment is a cylindrical steel structure with elliptical heads at the top and bottom. Inside the body, a porous plate with filtering elements divides the column into two parts: filtration and effluent. The inner wall is lined with 4mm natural soft rubber for corrosion prevention. The filter element is made of stainless steel skeleton, composed of polypropylene fiber roving precision winding, and has a certain degree of heat resistance. The filtering accuracy is 10um, 5um, 1um, etc. Small devices are made of stainless steel material.
The main body and upper device of the complete equipment are equipped with various manual valves and instrument interfaces, which are convenient for users to install and connect on site and achieve automation of water station operation.
3、 Operating instructions:
Manual operation of precision filters. Please refer to the "Operation Manual" for the operating procedures when working in the desalination station system. Its routine operations are as follows:
1. Open the inlet valve and exhaust valve, and when the equipment is filled with water, open the outlet valve, close the exhaust valve, and adjust its working flow rate to enter the water production process.
The operating cycle of the equipment is usually monitored by a pressure gauge, and the maximum increase in the inlet and outlet pressure difference is generally allowed to not exceed 0.15Mpa. When the pressure gauge emits an alarm, the inlet and outlet valves of the equipment should be closed and the filter element should be replaced.
3. Open the exhaust valve, drain valve, and drain valve, drain the accumulated water in the equipment, and replace the filter element in a timely manner.
4、 Replacement method of filter element:
1. Stop the machine and remove the upper manhole cover plate.
2. Loosen the compression nut of the filter element, remove the pressure plate and take out the filter element, and rinse the inside of the equipment with water.
3. Remove the upper and lower positioning rings at both ends of the filter element and clean them with water, then insert the two ends of the new filter element separately. (Before using a new filter element, it must be soaked for about half an hour to keep it moist.)
4. Insert the end of the new filter element with the lower positioning ring into the hole of the porous plate.
5. Using the pull rod as the axis, insert the upper positioning ring of the filter element into the corresponding pressure plate hole, and tighten the compression nut.
After the installation of the filter element, install the upper manhole cover plate and turn on the machine for water supply.
7. Open the inlet valve and exhaust valve, and when the equipment is filled with water, open the drain valve and close the exhaust valve. Observe the water outlet of the drain outlet, and wait until there is no white foam in the water before it can be put into normal operation.
Note: When the fiber filter line used for honeycomb filter element is processed, a small amount of foam will appear after the new filter element is installed and watered with organic lubricant. Therefore, the new filter element must be washed before it is officially put into operation.
5、 Cleaning of filter element:
The replaced filter element can be soaked in the following methods based on the degree of pollution and the type of pollutants, and then rinsed with water before being reused.
