The production process performance characteristics of reclaimed water reuse equipment - water resource purification and full utilization are currently facing problems in China. For the water environment, the Ministry of Environmental Protection says that the quality is not optimistic, and wastewater has different classification methods from different perspectives. According to different sources, it can be divided into two categories: domestic wastewater and industrial wastewater; According to the chemical category of pollutants, they can be divided into inorganic wastewater and organic wastewater; There are also classifications based on industrial sectors or production processes that generate wastewater, such as coking wastewater, metallurgical wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, food wastewater, etc.
The pollutants mainly include:
(1) Untreated industrial wastewater discharged;
(2) Untreated domestic sewage discharged;
(3) Farmland sewage caused by the extensive use of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides;
(4) Industrial waste and household waste piled up by the river;
(5) Deforestation and soil erosion;
(6)Due to excessive mining, mining wastewater is generated. Reclaimed water equipment is a common energy-saving equipment used in modern sewage treatment, which uses split membrane bioreactor technology. Membrane biological generator is a new process that combines biological treatment technology with membrane separation technology, replacing the traditional secondary precipitation process. It can efficiently perform solid-liquid separation and obtain stable reclaimed water for direct use. Membrane biological treatment technology is often applied in the reuse of reclaimed water.
Reclaimed water reuse is an effective win-win solution for water conservation and pollution control. Applied in residential areas, building communities, hotels, sanatoriums, comprehensive buildings, and some industrial wastewater. After treatment, the reclaimed water can be used for flushing toilets, cars, road greening, watering green spaces, and compensating for boiler water. Middle water mainly refers to non drinking water that can be reused within a certain range after urban or domestic sewage treatment reaches a certain water quality standard. Its water quality is between the upper and lower water. Middle water reuse refers to the treatment of urban sewage and reuse as renewable resources. Due to the stable volume of urban sewage and the economic investment in infrastructure, many countries consider the reuse of reclaimed water as the preferred solution to solve the problem of water shortage. Therefore, carrying out reclaimed water reuse work has demonstrated the dual effects of open source and pollution reduction.
Characteristics of reclaimed water reuse equipment:
Strong impact load resistance, high purification efficiency, stable system operation, and odorless treatment process; The processing process is simple, and the structure can be integrated to achieve unmanned management; No need for sludge domestication, easy film formation, fast biofilm removal, fast microbial growth, and short start-up time; Small footprint, low investment, and low operating costs; The sludge reaches dynamic balance and does not require external discharge.
