Troubleshooting of RO RO RO purified water equipment
Troubleshooting of RO RO RO purified water equipment
The switch is on, but the device does not start.
① Electrical circuit fault, such as broken fuse, wire falling off
② The thermal protection element is not reset after protection
③ Waterway undervoltage, check insurance, check wiring
② Thermal protection element reset
③ Check the water circuit and ensure the water supply pressure
After the equipment is started, the inlet solenoid valve is not opened.
① The wiring falls off
② Internal mechanical failure of solenoid valve
③ Solenoid valve coil is broken
① Check the line
② Remove the solenoid valve for maintenance
③ Repair or replace the coil
The pump operates, but the rated pressure and flow cannot be reached.
① Pump reverse
② The cartridge of the security filter is dirty
③ There is air in the pump
④ Flushing solenoid valve open
① Rewire
② Clean or replace the filter element
③ Remove the air in the pump
④ Adjust the pressure after flushing
When the system pressure rises, the pump noise is loud.
① Insufficient raw water flow
② Unstable raw water flow
③ Check raw water pump and pipeline
④ Check the raw water pump and pipeline, and check whether there is leakage in the pipeline
The solenoid valve is not closed after flushing.
① Solenoid valve control element and circuit fault
② Solenoid valve mechanical failure
③ Check or replace components and circuits
④ Remove, repair or replace the solenoid valve
Under voltage shutdown.
① Insufficient raw water supply
② Filter element of security filter is blocked
③ Improper pressure adjustment
Undervoltage is caused during automatic flushing.
① Check whether the raw water pump and pre-treatment system are working
② Clean and replace the filter element
③ Adjust the system pressure to the best state to maintain the filtered pressure above 20psi
The concentrated water pressure cannot reach the rated value.
① Pipeline leakage
② The flushing solenoid valve is not fully closed
③ Recovery system leakage
① Check and repair the pipeline
② Check and replace the flushing solenoid valve
③ Check and repair the recovery system
The pressure is sufficient, but the pressure display is not in place.
① Foreign matters in the pressure gauge hose are blocked
② There is air in the hose
③ Pressure gauge fault
① Check and dredge the pipeline
② Remove air
③ Replace the pressure gauge
The water quality becomes worse.
① Membrane pollution and scaling
② Aging and failure of membrane joint seal
① Conduct chemical cleaning according to technical requirements
② Replace O-ring
③ Replace membrane
Production declined.
① Membrane fouling and scaling, chemical cleaning shall be carried out according to technical requirements
② The water temperature change shall be recalculated according to the actual water temperature to determine the water yield.
